The key motive of ICCSMLAI – 2019 is to provide a world-class platform for the global participants to share their ideas and experience in person with their peers expected to join from different parts of the world. The Organizer of this Conference-IRF Conference (Internationational Research Forum for Engineers and Researchers) is a unique global forum for researchers with cross-disciplinary interests to meet and interact has been organizing various conferences, seminars, scientific events since 2012  across the globe. Research papers using theoretical, quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods approaches are encouraged as are those using interdisciplinary approaches.
